This faculty-oriented guide provides directions on how to link to library online resources in your Canvas course. This guide includes detailed directions on how to create persistent links to content in the library's article databases.

Persistent Linking Instructions for Films on Demand

Follow these steps to create persistent links to films or film segments in Films on Demand:

  1. Open Films on Demand from the Library Databases page.
  2. Find a film title or a film segment.
  3. Click on a film title or the film segment.
  4. Click on the Embed/Link icon.
  5. Copy the Record URL or Segment URL in the pop up box.  Both versions includes the Blume Library remote access prefix.
  6. Paste the complete URL in your Canvas course, email message, online syllabus, etc.
