What's in the Blume Library and How Do I Look for It?

There are several different ways to the search the catalog.  A keyword search using the phrase "best plays"  (be sure to use the quotation marks)  will take you to several series that include  scripts.  Searching by the name of the play such as " Death of a Salesman"   may sometimes lead you to the script and to other works of analysis and criticism.

Use the drop down menu to search by either author or subject to find additional works of interest as well.

The library also has a subscription to the Play Index.  Searching this index will lead you to the collection or book where you might find the play.  The index includes finding information for over 30,000 plays.    It also provides enough information for you to make a request through Interlibrary Loan for the library to borrow the book for you from another library if we do not have it.  If you are still having difficulties finding what you need, please ask a librarian for assistance.
