Faculty Research Spotlight

A listing of new and established faculty and dates of their informal presentations.

Established Faculty Spotlight

The University Research Council, Community for Teaching and Learning, and the Louis J. Blume Library are excited to co-sponsor the Established Faculty Research Spotlight Series in Spring 2026!

Just like our popular New Faculty Research Debut that happens each Fall semester, we’ll gather in the Contreras Lounge—next to the Contreras Patio and the Pub on the west side of the Blume Library, adjacent to Alkek Plaza. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with adult beverages and soft drinks available for employees.

Who’s invited?
Faculty are our primary audience, but students and mentees are warmly welcome!

What can you present?

  • A paper you’re writing, publishing, or have recently published
  • A course-related research project or personal research
  • A practice run for a poster or upcoming conference presentation

  • Any research-related ideas or content

This is your chance to share ideas, learn from colleagues, and discover the incredible research happening across campus—often beyond your own department.

Spots are limited, so sign up early to secure your place!

Join us in celebrating faculty research!
