The University Research Council is hosting a Faculty Spotlight Series to establish a one-school research culture. Like the New Faculty Debut series, We will gather in the Contreras Lounge, next to the Contreras Patio and the Pub on the west side of the Blume Library, adjacent to Alkek Plaza. Adult beverages and soft drinks will be available to employees, setting a casual mood. The target audience is other faculty. Students and mentees are also welcome. The Established Faculty is co-sponsored by the Office of Sponsored Projects and Research Compliance (SPARC), the University Research Council, and the Louis J. Blume Library. If you have questions, please contact Diane Duesterhoeft, Katie Thonen, or Tyler Davis.
This can be about a paper being written, in the publishing process, or recently published. It can be about a course research project or personal research. It can be a practice session for a poster or a presentation for an upcoming conference. This is an opportunity to learn from each other and discuss the fantastic research around campus that may not be known outside your department. There is still time to sign up today!
Please join us in supporting all our faculty research!
