Getting a Test
The Blume Library offers access to resources that review tests & measures. The Mental Measurements Yearbook and PsycINFO are sources for reviews. The PsycINFO video, below, gives you tips for finding articles with tests or reviews of tests.
The Library does not have a collection of tests or access to PsycTESTS. So, it is likely you will have to either 1) contact the publisher and purchase the test or 2) contact the author for permission to use the instrument. This method may be the only way to use an "unpublished" test.

DSM & Mental Measurements Yearbook
Search the Discover for the terms like psychological tests, educational tests and measurements, or psychometrics to materials relating to tests and measurement. Limit to Monographs if you only want to see books.

Input the keywords of your research to generate a results list full of articles and items covering the topic. Use boolean phrases (AND, OR, NOT) and other limiters to focus a search or modify a results list. This tool searches most of the Blume Library holdings including the Library Catalog of physical items and eResources.

The Mental Measurements Yearbook (MMY) series provides reviews of published tests and assessments. In addition to test reviews, descriptions of the purpose, target population, administration, scores, price, author, and publisher for all listed tests are provided. Reviews are written by highly qualified professionals with expertise in a range of disciplines. Test entries are cross-referenced and indexed by title, subject, name, acronym, and score.
